INTERNATIONAL DOUBLE BASS QUARANTINE CHALLENGE

Because we can all use a little extra motivation and fun in these difficult times, we have created the INTERNATIONAL DOUBLE BASS QUARANTINE CHALLENGE for you!

From 15 June to 27 July, we invite you to send us your videos from these "Corona times". Online winners will be nominated every week! All nominees will receive a certificate and selected videos will be shared on our website and social media channels.

Why participate?
Let's remain connected internationally, musically and bass-wise and continue to pursue common goals even in these unusual times.

Take the opportunity to present yourself exactly the way you want to – without travel or a registration fee. That's right, the International Double Bass Quarantine Challenge costs you nothing!

Who can participate?
Double bassists of all nations and all ages.

How does it work?
You record a video and upload it to an online video platform. Then you fill in and submit the online form on our homepage at challenge.spergercompetition.com Done!

What can you play?
Whatever you want, with whom you want, where you want! In the spirit of "limitless creativity" everything is welcome: from our standard repertoire, solo and ensemble pieces, etudes and orchestral excerpts to creative ideas and humorous creations such as split screen videos.

You may play alone or with as many other musicians as you like. The videos can be recorded wherever it is currently possible for you. Videos may be up to 20 minutes long.
